Customer Support with Spanish

We are currently looking for a person to join our team in Bielsko-Biała and work with a client base in the Spanish market. If you are a communicative person and have an open mind to expand your knowledge, then be sure to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Encouraging suppliers (publishers and bloggers) to register on the platform;
• Verification of portals in the database;
• Maintaining communication with clients regarding ongoing matters;
• Building Customer Relationships;
• Operating the WhitePress platform;
• Active cooperation with the team;
• Implementation of the set objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of the Spanish language, allowing for a free conversation (min.C1)
• Communication skills - fluent communication with existing clients;
• Regularity - ability to work in a clear pattern;
• Creativity - you are able to take the initiative yourself;
• Operational skills - you have an open mind and learn new technologies quickly;
• Problem-Solving Skills - you will identify issues and create effective solutions for customer needs;
• Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
