SEO Vibes Poland 2024: Recap of the Conference
(7 min. read)
Although the two previous conferences were successful, this one exceeded our expectations. This year, we merged our two iconic events, resulting in a name change from the previously known SEO &
Was it worth it? We think so. ;-)
So... shall we begin?
For us, the conference started on Tuesday when our team arrived at Hotel Bania to prepare for the arrival of VIPs the next day. Were we packing gifts for our guests until 2 in the morning? Perhaps... But it was worth it because, from what we overheard, the SEO flip-flops and the panda pin were a hit.
The first day, Wednesday, was all about networking. Participants had the opportunity to relax at the Thermal Baths and then meet at a joint integration evening sponsored by Nautilus Marketing. The most resilient "integrated" until 4:00 a.m., but that didn't stop them from attending the Thursday morning masterminds
Education, education, and even more fun!
Thursday was packed with masterminds, workshops, presentations on the Main Stage, and lectures on the smaller BLUE Stage, sponsored by Bluerank. As if that wasn't enough, there was also a lively afterparty in the evening. Phew, quite a lot! The WhitePress® marketing team went above and beyond in logistics to bring it all together. ;-)
Early in the morning, Ewelina Podrez-Siama, Jarosław Miszczak, James Dooley, and Karl Hudson shared their knowledge with VIP guests during intimate mastermind meetings. At noon, participants from GOLD and EDU started arriving in Białka Tatrzańska. Our registration, under the watchful eye of Patrycja Wojak, experienced a siege, but we managed to quickly and smoothly admit participants to the Conference Center of Hotel Bania.
At 1 p.m., the reliable duo of Anna Jaroszewska and Halina Sarapata officially kicked off the SEO Vibes Poland conference. It got a bit emotional; there was a lot about WhitePress®'s international expansion, a brief speech from the company's management, and an introduction of the speakers. We even managed to capture them all in one photo!
The first lecture block on the Main Stage was opened by Robert Niechciał with a short keynote speech, followed by two turbo-interesting presentations by foreign experts, Koray Tuğberk GÜBÜR and Stacey MacNaught.
In the afternoon, the Main Stage transformed into the slightly smaller BLUE Stage, and the topics of the presentations moved away from SEO strictly speaking. Tomasz Trzósło talked about the analytical process in GA4 for SEOs, Paweł Dąbrowski shared the story of the Kubota brand, Wojciech Mazur focused on the role of SEO in brand building, and Tom Jauncey and Jake Ashby presented the biggest mistakes of a digital agency. At the same time, workshops by Paweł Salamon, Agata Gruszka, and Damian Sałkowski were held in adjacent rooms.
The perfect conclusion to the substantive part planned for that day was a half-hour Q&
At this point, we must also mention a few words about our partners' booths. Because what booths they were! Netmove prepared a juggling contest combined with a 360° photo booth for SEO Vibes Poland participants; Nautilus Marketing surprised everyone with a beer pong table, and Vestigio provided a lot of excitement during FIFA matches.
The culmination of this intense day was the lively afterparty! We started with a small mountain accent in the form of a performance by a regional group, and then the party kicked off in full swing. But you know how it is: what happens at the afterparty stays at the afterparty. ;-)
Polish SEOs vs. the Rest of the World
We started Friday with highly substantive and valuable presentations by Christopher Hofman Laursen, Kamila Cichocka, Fery Kaszoni, and Mads Singer, as well as an AMA panel with Charles Floate and Robert Niechciał. The lucky ones who managed to sign up for the highly limited workshops and masterminds had the opportunity to meet with Koray Tuğberk GÜBÜR, Szymon Rozmus, Wojciech Mazur, Kamila Cichocka, Fery Kaszoni, and Sebastian Suma.
That day, the BLUE Stage mainly belonged to women: Justyna Pruszyńska, Magdalena Witkiewicz, Kama Kotowska (who, by the way, won the award for the best presentation; congratulations!), and the duo Katarzyna Jankowska and Sławomir Dąbrowski.
In the last block on the Main Stage, Heather Physioc talked extensively about the role of credibility in an AI-dominated reality, Urlika Viberg shared optimization techniques, and Vaibhav Kakkar presented five game-changing AI/
As we mentioned, we started the conference on a high note, so it seemed fitting to end it just as well, right? The last item on our Friday agenda was the SEO Family Feud, hosted by Fery Kaszoni. Two teams—Polish SEOs and the Rest of the World—competed against each other in a duel for eternal fame, glory, and... the satisfaction of winning. The competition was fierce and full of emotions, but ultimately, the team from Poland, led by Ewelina Podrez-Siama, emerged victorious. Congratulations once again!
We don't want to brag, but in the end, it seems we pulled off quite a good event! :)
This is what participants of SEO Vibes Poland are saying about us on LinkedIn...

With great satisfaction, I share my impressions from participating in the SEO Vibes Poland 2024 conference, where we had the honor of being the Main Partner. This year's edition of SEO Vibes brought together top experts and enthusiasts in SEO, content marketing, and the digital sector, both from Poland and abroad, facilitating the exchange of knowledge, best practices, and the latest trends. Elephate's partnership in such a prestigious event allowed us not only to share knowledge and experience during lectures and workshops but also to establish valuable business relationships and be inspired by ideas from other industry leaders. We are proud to have contributed to the success of this event and eagerly await the next editions.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our speakers for their outstanding presentations, dedication, and the wonderful atmosphere they created behind the scenes.
Above all, we express our deepest gratitude to all the participants of SEO Vibes Poland; after all, you are the ones who truly made this conference!
The bar has been set very high, but fortunately, Szymon Ciurla has long legs, so we are confident he will leap over it next year and create an event that will stay in our memories for a long time!
